About The Position
Centurion is seeking a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant to provide healthcare services at Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. The CNA works under the close direction of nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff to provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. The role includes supporting patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs and monitoring vital signs.
Requirements
- Indiana CNA license.
- Nurse staff scheduling experience.
- Experience working in a lab.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance, including passing a drug screen and criminal background check.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in an acute care, long-term care, emergency, or correctional setting is preferred.
- Corrections experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under the close direction of nursing, medical, and psychiatric staff.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene and daily living needs.
