About The Position

Adoration Private Duty is seeking a dedicated Private Duty Certified Nursing Assistant to provide expert, patient-centered care in Friendship, Tennessee. The role provides one-to-one care in patients’ homes, with support from a team and supervision by a Registered Nurse. The schedule is full-time, days, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is in Brownsville, Tennessee, and the coverage area is Friendship, Tennessee.

The position includes assisting clients with personal care and home management tasks. Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, provides compassionate services in the home and supports patients, families, and caregivers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as defined by agency policy.
• CNA or Home Health Care Aide certification if required by state licensure in the state where care is provided.
• Ability to use proper body mechanics while lifting and may be expected to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for periods of time, and bend, stoop, push, pull, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Complete proper documentation using the HomeCare HomeBase EMR.
• Assist clients with personal care or home management tasks.
• Assist with personal hygiene and grooming, feeding, ambulation, medical monitoring, and other basic health care tasks.
• Perform home management tasks, including basic housekeeping and shopping.
