About The Position
Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation is offering a training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in an acute care facility and make a difference in the lives of residents. The program includes classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for free Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) classes. Requirements
- Must be 16 years old or older.
- Pass English, Reading, and Math Competency Test.
- Must pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in an acute care facility.
- Interest in long-term care.
Responsibilities
- Participate in classroom instruction for the CNA training program.
- Gain clinical patient experience.
- Complete a 105-hour state-approved training program.
- Upon completion, work with the facility to be placed in full-time or part-time positions.
