About The Position

Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation is offering a training program to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). This is a great opportunity to learn and grow in an acute care facility and make a difference in the lives of residents. The program includes classroom instruction and clinical experience. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities for free Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) classes. Rolling Meadows Health and Rehabilitation Center values its employees, recognizing that each team member contributes unique skills to help residents reach their highest functional abilities. Requirements

  • Must be 16 years old or older.
  • Pass English, Reading, and Math Competency Test.
  • Must pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in an acute care facility.
  • Interest in long-term care.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in classroom instruction for the CNA training program.
  • Gain clinical patient experience.
  • Complete a 105-hour state-approved training program.
  • Upon completion, work with the facility to be placed in full-time or part-time positions.
