About The Position

Come join us at Mason Health and Rehabilitation to make a difference! This position is a training class for individuals looking for a great opportunity to learn and grow in an acute care facility. As a CNA student, you will have the opportunity to learn about the different areas of care offered and how to best care for the residents. Upon successful completion of the CNA class, there are opportunities for free QMA classes. Requirements

Must Be 16 years old or older.
Successfully pass the English, Reading and Math Competency Test.
Must Pass Criminal Background and Drug Screen.
A passion for caring for people.
Personal integrity and the ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and other personnel.
The ability to be discrete and protect the integrity of confidential information and stay within Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.
Knowledge on the use of personal computers, Word and Excel, and working with office machines such as fax and copying machines.

Responsibilities

The Training Program consists of classroom instruction and clinical experience.
Upon completion of the Program the facility will work to help place candidates in full-time or part-time positions.
120 hour state approved training
