About The Position
Monterey Park Hospital, a 101-acute care facility in the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant for its Telemetry Unit. This is a full-time, 12-hour night shift position reporting to the Director of Critical Care Services. The CNA/NA receives assignments from the Charge RN and takes direction from the RN and/or LVN. The role is directly responsible for delivering high-quality, individualized basic nursing care, accounting for patients’ age, developmental status, spiritual needs, and cultural diversity. The position contributes to safe, high-quality nursing care and positive patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Current California Nursing Assistant Certification preferred.
Responsibilities
