Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I) - Formerly GNA
About The Position
Lorien Bel Air is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant I (CNA I), formerly known as GNA, to provide resident care in a supportive, team-focused skilled nursing and assisted living community. The role involves helping residents with daily care and supporting their hygiene, mobility, and meals while communicating with nursing staff and promoting a safe, comfortable environment. The position is available full-time and part-time, with day, evening, and night schedules. Availability every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday, is required. Pay is $20.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience, with shift differentials and same-day pay for all employees.
Requirements
- Valid Maryland GNA license in good standing.
- BLS or CPR certification.
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability every other weekend, including Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily care and support to residents.
