About The Position

White Oak of Columbia is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and help them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. The role is available full-time or part-time on the evening shift, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with every other weekend required. PRN positions are not available. Base pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour. The shift differential is an additional $5.00 per hour Monday through Friday and $6.50 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays, for stated rates of $23.00–$26.00 per hour on weekdays and $24.50–$27.50 per hour on weekends. Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements and plan terms.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
Help residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Provide compassionate hands-on care while promoting residents' dignity and independence.
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Work with nurses and fellow CNAs to deliver resident care.
Offer residents encouragement and compassionate personal interaction.
