About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. The role performs care activities within the limits of the position and does not administer medications or therapy or take independent responsibility for patient care. Duties are carried out according to PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines, and include other related tasks as assigned or requested. This is a PRN day-shift position at Palo Alto Rehab. Requirements
- CNA certification where required by the state in which the hospital is located.
- Current BLS certification.
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
Responsibilities
