About The Position
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for operating department equipment and performing general maintenance of the facility and equipment. Duties must be performed in accordance with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also includes security responsibilities when a security officer is absent, along with other related duties as assigned or requested. This is a PRN days position at Palo Alto Rehab.
Requirements
- One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General maintenance background experience is required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Electrical maintenance license preferred, but not required; training may be provided.
- Hospital maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
