Griswold Home Care of Kent and Washington Counties is looking to hire a capable full-time or part-time Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA to provide companionship and perform caregiving duties. Requirements

• Reliable transportation
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 6 months of CNA or home care experience would be a plus; caring for a loved one counts.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and perform caregiving duties.
• Assist with daily tasks to allow clients to live as independently as possible.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Prepare meals.
• Grocery shopping.
• Provide caregiving services to clients with cognitive impairments or dementia.
• Assist with non-medical tasks such as feeding and bathing.
• Keep a log of duties performed during the shift.
• Submit accurate documentation.
• Provide timely updates regarding client needs to the office.
