About The Position
Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is a 176-bed facility within a family-based healthcare organization offering skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services. The Certified Nursing Assistant delivers quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents and supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants. The role follows applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and directions from the Director of Nursing, and ensures assigned nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures. The posting lists an hourly salary of up to $23.22 and a $1,000 one-day sign-on bonus for full-time CNAs, subject to terms and conditions. The position is promoted at a hiring event on Wednesday, November 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute, 3500 Maple Ave, Terre Haute, Indiana 47804.
Requirements
- Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
- Hold a current, active CPR certification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing services to patients and residents with a high standard of quality and compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Work in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as requirements from the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
