About The Position

The Restorative CNA provides a safe environment, emotional and social support, and assistance with residents’ physical needs and comfort in a skilled nursing facility. The role provides direct care according to residents’ care plans and supervisor direction, and participates in restorative programs and activities that support residents’ well-being. The employee also follows health, sanitary, and infection-control policies and established standards of practice, and performs other duties as directed by community representatives. This is a full-time opportunity at Chatham Health and Rehabilitation Center in Chatham, Virginia. The listed shift is 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and pay is $19.00–$22.00 per hour. Benefit eligibility begins the first of the month following 30 days; facility-specific benefit details may vary.

Requirements

Hold a current nursing assistant certification registry in good standing under applicable state law, or otherwise meet state requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant.
Have a high school diploma or GED, or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
