Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Restorative Aide
About The Position
The Restorative CNA provides a safe environment, emotional and social support, and care for residents’ physical needs and comfort in a skilled nursing facility. The role performs direct care according to each resident’s care plan and supervisor direction, and participates in restorative programs and activities that support residents’ well-being. The employee also follows health, sanitary, and infection-control policies and the community’s standards of practice, and performs other duties as directed by community representatives. This position is based at Autumn Care of Suffolk in Suffolk, Virginia. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The wage is $21.00–$24.00 per hour. Requirements
- Have a current nursing assistant certification registry in good standing under the applicable state laws, or otherwise meet the state’s requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant.
- Have a high school diploma or GED, or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
