About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care is seeking reliable caregivers to support seniors and adults in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts of 4–12 hours and occasional 24/7 shifts available. Work takes place in person in clients’ homes across Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties and surrounding cities. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable car.
• Be available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties.
• Have CPR certification.
• Complete a Level 2 background check.
• Complete 1-hour Alzheimer’s training.
• Complete HIV/AIDS training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene support as needed.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
• Prepare meals and provide hydration reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping, including tidying, laundry, and dishes.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
