About The Position
Right at Home is hiring caregivers, personal care assistants, and certified nursing assistants to provide one-on-one support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. The position is based in Sumiton, Alabama, and offers flexible scheduling, with shifts arranged around employees’ availability. Pay is $13–$15 per hour, with weekly pay and an optional daily pay service.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Some caregiving experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, incontinence care, cleaning, and cooking.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with errands or transportation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
