About The Position

Lakeside Health & Wellness is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide care in a skilled nursing facility. The role is full-time, with eight-hour shifts scheduled Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; a shift differential is offered. Candidates should be compassionate, committed to high-quality care, and willing to uphold health and safety standards and continue learning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certified Nurse Aide certification in the State of Texas.
• At least one year of experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and physically perform job-related duties.
• Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner.
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards.
• Willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends.
• Hoyer lift experience specific to the resident.
