About The Position
Green Oaks of Goshen is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) on a PRN basis. The CNA provides individualized care according to residents’ care plans, assists with activities of daily living while supporting residents’ independence and dignity, and communicates changes in health status to the clinical team. The role also involves compassionate communication with residents and their families, protecting confidential resident information, and participating in learning and development activities.
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
- Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
- Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a positive experience.
- Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
- Comply with rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
