About The Position

Bethany of the Northwest is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNA/NACs) for its Everett facilities. This position provides quality nursing care to residents and implements specific procedures and programs. It coordinates work within the department and with other departments, reports relevant information to the immediate supervisor, responds to inquiries or requests for information, and assists the supervisor with departmental operations. The organization describes itself as a church-sponsored, nonprofit continuing care ministry serving people of varied backgrounds, including elderly and disabled people, and offers skilled and sub-acute nursing, assisted living, and home health services.

The schedule is a day shift from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., following a four-days-on, two-days-off pattern. Employees must be able to work all days of the week without restrictions. The posted pay range is $23.50–$28.50 per hour, based on experience and a calculated base rate plus a state addition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of a Washington State-approved CNA certification training course.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Ability to think and work independently and with direction.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Good communication skills and bedside manner, with a compassionate personality.
• Up-to-date identification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work all days of the week without restrictions.
