About The Position

The Server at Balfour Senior Living in Louisville, Colorado provides customer service and hospitality while serving food and beverages to residents and guests. The role is part-time, with a Saturday-to-Monday schedule from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and pays $17.50–$18.50 per hour. Employment offers are subject to completion of pre-employment requirements, including a drug screen, a job-specific physical, a TB test, and a background check; the company covers the cost of these requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner.
• Greet and escort residents in all dining venues and assist as needed.
• Know the daily menu and assist residents with their requests.
• Maintain clean dining venues and ensure proper table settings.
• Perform other related duties as required.
