About The Position

The Certified Nursing Aide delivers individualized care according to each resident’s care plan. The role assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), supporting independence and preserving dignity. The aide communicates changes in residents’ health status to the clinical team and builds compassionate, positive relationships with residents and their families. The position also involves ongoing learning through educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences, along with protecting confidential resident information and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• Current certification from an accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, individualized care as determined by each resident’s care plan.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) while promoting independence and maintaining dignity.
• Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team.
• Connect with residents and family members compassionately to create a lasting, positive experience.
• Attend and participate in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences.
• Comply with rules and regulations regarding the confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
