About The Position

Diana Health is hiring a full-time Certified Nurse Midwife in Springfield, Tennessee, with labor and delivery duties at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. The CNM will join a collaborative, growing practice of OB/GYNs and CNMs and provide comprehensive midwifery care across outpatient obstetrics and gynecology and hospital-based labor and delivery. The role includes in-house clinical coverage, care for emergent obstetric patients, and first-assist surgical support. Requirements

Experience managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting; two years of experience is preferred.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Value patient preferences and choice, shared decision-making, and a holistic approach to care.
Active certification with AMCB.
Current RN and APRN licenses in Tennessee.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the start date.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification; preferred but not required.
Additional certification in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or lactation consultation.

Responsibilities

Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in the outpatient clinic, including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services.
Collaborate with clinical colleagues, including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators, and other specialists.
Provide day-to-day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in-house clinical coverage.
Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients in collaboration with RNs and OB/GYNs.
Provide first-assist surgical support.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Attend skills training and drills for high-acuity, low-frequency events.
