About The Position

Provides clinical care and related services under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, enabling each patient to attain or maintain their highest practical level of physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Manages assigned supplies and equipment on the unit and promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values. The role is at St. Luke’s Surrey Place, a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current licensure as a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) in the state of Missouri.
