About The Position

St. Luke’s Surrey Place is a value-driven, award-winning skilled nursing facility recognized for its service and quality of patient care. The Registered Nurse performs the primary nursing function of assessing, planning, implementing, educating, and evaluating care for a designated group of patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies. The role is also responsible for managing assigned unit supplies and equipment and promoting teamwork among members of the healthcare team. Duties are performed in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.

Requirements

• Nursing degree.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, educate, and evaluate care for a designated group of patients in accordance with established Nursing Standards and Hospital Policies.
• Manage assigned supplies and equipment on the unit.
• Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
