About The Position
The MDS Coordinator assumes responsibility as Team Leader for the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team, including meeting Federal and State regulations related to Resident/Client Care Plans and MDS. The role promotes teamwork with all members of the healthcare team and performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Interdisciplinary Care Plan Team.
- Help ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations related to Resident/Client Care Plans and MDS.
- Promote teamwork with all members of the healthcare team.
- Perform duties consistently with St. Luke’s mission and values.
