About The Position

Requirements

• Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Connecticut.
• Maintain C.P.R. and First Aid training.
• Maintain Dementia Care training.
• Follow OSHA MSDS safe chemical handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and dressing.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
• Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Support a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
