Requirements

• Demonstrate a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to follow care plans and adhere to medication schedules.
• Be able to lift and assist patients with mobility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
• Assist with medication management and administration as directed by a healthcare professional.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report changes to the appropriate staff member.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
