About The Position
South Ogden Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to provide care for residents who need ongoing medical and personal support. CNAs help maintain residents’ comfort, safety, and quality of life while building respectful relationships with residents and coworkers. The facility offers hands-on training tailored to the employee’s experience level and opportunities to develop skills and advance a healthcare career.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification.
- Clear communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and follow healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to resident call lights.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility.
- Safely reposition and support residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury.
- Monitor and document food and fluid intake when needed.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
- Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents.
