About The Position
Saint Mary Home, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to support residents and work alongside a caring team. CNAs assist with daily living activities and help residents experience comfort, dignity, and respect. The position is located in West Hartford, Connecticut, with full-time and part-time opportunities available.
Requirements
- Maintain Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Connecticut.
- Maintain CPR, First Aid training, and Dementia Care training.
- Follow OSHA MSDS safe chemical handling practices.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and dressing.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Document care provided in the electronic medical record.
- Support a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment for residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
