About The Position

Crowne Health Care is accepting applications for Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) at a long-term care and rehabilitation facility specializing in geriatrics. The role requires dependability, flexibility, accountability, dedication, and a positive attitude, as well as enjoyment of working with residents and their families. Multiple shifts are available, including first, second, third, and a Baylor weekend shift. Certain shifts offer a shift differential. The facility also offers free, paid training for applicants who are not yet certified, with certification possible in a few weeks.

Requirements

• Current CNA certification.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Dependability, flexibility, accountability, dedication, and a positive attitude.
• Enjoy working with residents and their families.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide activities of daily living (ADL) care to residents according to their plans of care.
• Report changes in residents’ status to the nurse.
• Communicate with all staff.
• Document ADLs provided using a computer.
• Take and document vital signs.
