About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) helps foster a warm, supportive, and homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing companionship and reassurance, and supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. This is a weekend-option day-shift opportunity at Coventry Meadows, scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Requirements

• Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior-care excellence.
• Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities
