About The Position

Coventry Meadows is seeking a Weekend Option Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a day-shift role. Certified Nursing Assistants foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and support dignity, respect, and individualized attention.

The CNA works collaboratively with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive care. The role calls for a supportive presence, stamina to provide nursing services, teamwork, strong interpersonal communication, and a passion for geriatric nursing and senior care excellence. The employee is expected to demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Demonstrate the C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
• Stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
• Ability to collaborate with facility teams, work toward shared care goals, and communicate interpersonally.

Responsibilities
