Requirements

• Active Maryland CMT license
• Active Maryland CNA (CNA I or CNA II) license

Responsibilities

• Administer medications safely and accurately per physician orders
• Provide direct resident care in assisted living and skilled nursing settings
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Help create a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for residents

Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00/hour (based on experience)

• PTO: 80 hours vacation + 40 hours sick leave (rollover)
