Job Description Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays

Nice To Haves

• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in the retirement housing industry is preferred

Responsibilities
