About The Position

Salina Presbyterian Manor is hiring a part-time, night-shift Certified Medication Aide (CMA). The CMA assists with administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and under the direction of the department director. Medication administration must follow applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as instructions from the department director or supervisor, to maintain high-quality care. The role advances the value that residents come first, recognizes the Community as the residents’ home, and supports a homelike environment through person-centered care. The position pays starting at $18.50 per hour, plus shift and weekend differential under its premium pay plan; additional pay is based on experience.

Requirements

Hold a current Certified Medication Aide certificate in accordance with state law.

Responsibilities

Assist with administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and under the direction of the department director.
Administer medications in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as directed by the department director or supervisor.
Help maintain the highest degree of quality care.
Put residents first, treat the Community as the residents’ home, and model person-centered care.
