About The Position
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with each resident’s assessment and plan of care, and as directed by the department director or supervisor. The role reflects the value that the resident comes first. The employee treats the community as the residents’ home, helps create a home-like environment, and models person-centered care. Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessments and plans of care.
- Follow direction from the department director or supervisor.
