About The Position
Clay Center Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and plan of care, and as directed by the department director or supervisor. The role reflects the value that the resident comes first, treats the community as the residents’ home, helps create a homelike environment, and models person-centered care. The position starts at $17.50 per hour, with additional pay based on experience and shift and weekend differentials through its premium pay plan.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.
Responsibilities
- Provide residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessments and plans of care.
- Follow directions from the department director or supervisor.
- Put residents first, treat the community as the residents’ home, help create a homelike environment, and model person-centered care.
