About The Position

Home Again is hiring a Certified Medication Aide to support residents in living with dignity, comfort, and joy. The role involves building meaningful connections, helping residents with daily activities and medication reminders, responding compassionately to their needs, and contributing to Life Enrichment programs and daily routines. The position is offered for part-time and full-time hours on the PM shift, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Certified in Medication Administration.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Calm and positive under pressure.
• At least 18 years old.
• A genuine desire to make someone’s day.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful connections with residents while supporting daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dining.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help create joyful moments through Life Enrichment programs and daily routines.
• Respond to residents’ needs with patience, compassion, and care.
• Contribute to the mission of helping residents feel at home.
