About The Position

Home Again is hiring a Certified Medication Technician to support residents and help them live with dignity, comfort, and joy. The role involves building meaningful connections and assisting residents with daily activities, medication reminders, Life Enrichment programs, and routines. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening before employment, in accordance with state regulations and company policy. Part-time and full-time hours are available for the second shift, 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

• Certification in Medication Administration.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well on a team.
• Calm and positive under pressure.
• At least 18 years old.
• A genuine desire to make a positive difference in residents’ days.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening before employment.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and dining.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Help create joyful moments through Life Enrichment programs and daily routines.
• Respond to residents’ needs with patience, compassion, and care.
• Help residents feel at home through compassionate support.
