About The Position

Home Again is seeking a Certified Medication Technician to support residents with dignity, comfort, and care. The role involves building meaningful connections, assisting residents with daily activities, supporting medication reminders, responding to residents’ needs, and helping create joyful moments through Life Enrichment programs and daily routines. The position is offered with part-time and full-time hours, with a second-shift schedule of 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening before employment.

Requirements

• Certification in Medication Administration.
• At least 18 years old.
• Compassionate, reliable, and able to work well with a team.
• Calm and positive under pressure.
• Genuine desire to make residents’ days better.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with residents while supporting daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dining.
• Provide medication reminders and support medication administration as appropriate to the role.
• Help create joyful moments through Life Enrichment programs and daily routines.
• Respond to residents’ needs with patience, compassion, and care.
