Requirements
- Valid and current Med-Tech certification
- Ability to work weekends, some evenings, and holidays as required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to quality care
- Requires a background screening as mandated by Florida law.

- Prior experience in senior care or healthcare preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with medication administration and monitoring residents’ health status
- Support nursing staff with daily care activities and resident needs
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Document resident care accurately and promptly
- Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and staff
