Weekend Warrior Caregivers
About The Position
Griswold Home Care is hiring non-medical in-home caregivers in the Lehigh Valley area. Caregivers help clients maintain independence and dignity while providing support that promotes peace of mind. The company emphasizes matching caregivers with compatible clients, involving caregivers in the matching process, and working to provide consistent scheduling and steady hours. This role is described as weekend work, with day, evening, overnight, and short shifts available. The position is offered on a part-time or per-diem basis. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and case complexity. Weekly pay and a daily-pay option are available, along with a $250 sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- At least one year of caregiving experience.
- Positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Able to pass background checks.
- Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred; alternatively, reliable transportation is required.
