About The Position
Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and/or an Administrator. Performs assigned patient-care duties, including triage and rooming, while supporting patient safety. The role also includes day-to-day clerical tasks and related duties, participation in ongoing educational activities, and completion of assigned goals.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience.
- Communicates clearly and effectively in standard English, both orally and in writing, to support productivity and efficiency.
- Writes legibly and records information accurately as needed to perform job duties.
- Completion of an approved nursing or medical assistant course.
- Computer literacy.
- Maintains certification.
- Certification by an approved accredited certification body, or obtains certification within six months of hire.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Phlebotomy experience.
