About The Position

Trios Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team. This role is vital in supporting physicians and nurses in patient care, contributing to the mission of making communities healthier. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Current Washington CMA License
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Under the supervision of physicians or nurses, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
  • Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
  • Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition.
  • Documents patient care given.
  • Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintains examination areas.
  • Perform administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
  • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
