About The Position

Trios Health, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join their team. This role is vital in supporting physicians and nurses in patient care, performing diagnostic procedures, and maintaining medical supplies and equipment. The position requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a potentially stressful environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current Washington CMA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of physicians or nurses, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
• Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection.
• Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition.
• Documents patient care given.
• Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Maintains examination areas.
• Perform administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, and patient registration.
• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
