About The Position
Eminence Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes in Asbury, New Jersey. The role focuses on helping clients with daily living activities, monitoring their well-being, and supporting their independence and dignity. Care is provided according to individualized care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Eminence Home Care is a licensed home care provider operating in Connecticut, Maryland, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine commitment to providing quality care.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Ability to communicate in English.

- Experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support client mobility and facilitate physical activities.
- Provide companionship and emotional support while treating clients with respect.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients’ health status.
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and household needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment through light housekeeping.
- Document care provided and communicate changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate healthcare team.
