About The Position

Eminence Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes in Asbury, New Jersey. The role helps clients with daily living activities, monitors their well-being, and supports independence and dignity. The position requires a valid CHHA certification, a commitment to quality care, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. English communication is required.

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine commitment to providing quality care.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
• Ability to communicate in English.

• Experience in home care or healthcare settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Support clients with mobility and physical activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support while treating clients with respect.
• Administer prescribed medications and track clients’ health status.
• Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping and other household needs.
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment through light housekeeping.
• Document care provided and report changes in clients’ conditions to the appropriate healthcare team.
