About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides and Nursing Students to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in Burlington County, New Jersey. Care opportunities are available with private in-home and facility clients, as well as in-home care, hospice, and assisted living settings. Scheduling is flexible, with full-time and part-time daytime, evening, and overnight shifts available. Candidates who are not certified may ask about BAYADA’s affordable certification training program, including HHA classes and CNA conversion courses.

Requirements

• Hold a current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Have at least one year of experience as a companion or CHHA.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing students are also invited to apply.
• Candidates who are not certified may pursue BAYADA HHA certification classes or CNA conversion courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, mechanical lift devices, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist with medications.
