About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) to provide one-on-one care to adult clients in Burlington County, New Jersey. Positions are available with private in-home and facility clients, including in-home care, hospice, and assisted living. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time daytime, evening, and overnight shifts available. Applicants who are not certified may ask about BAYADA’s certification training program, which offers daytime and evening HHA classes and monthly CNA conversion courses.

Requirements

• Current Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• At least one year of experience as a companion or CHHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, mechanical lift devices, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Check vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Assist with medication.
