Requirements

Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily personal care tasks and hygiene needs.
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
Help clients with mobility, including getting in and out of bed and moving around the home.
Prepare nutritious meals and assist clients with dietary needs.
Monitor clients’ health and report concerns to the healthcare team.
Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals.
