About The Position
Eminence Home Care is seeking a Certified Home Health Aide to provide non-medical support to clients in their homes and help them lead independent, fulfilling lives. The role includes assistance with daily activities, medication reminders, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship, in accordance with each client’s care plan. Requirements
- NJ Certified Home Health Aide License.
- Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical care and support to clients in accordance with their care plans.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help clients with mobility, including transferring them in and out of beds or chairs.
- Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan.
- Prepare and serve meals, and clean up afterward.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and dusting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
